Refunds Policy

All sales are final and cannot be returned if you change your mind. Eagle & Owl is unable to offer a refund due to change of mind or exchange.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Faulty Item

Contact Eagle & Owl within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily replace any faulty items. Photographic evidence will need to be supplied and the return of the item at the buyers expense.

Wear & Tear is not considered to be faulty.

Damaged Goods

Eagle & Owl will ensure each order is sufficiently packaged for the journey. If your item is damaged upon arrival, we will assist you in making a claim with Sendle & Australia Post – claims are assessed for compensation on a case-by-case basis.

Your personal information is collected for the purpose of the buying and selling process and email marketing, with your consent to receive information about the store, sales, new products or any other relevant information, when you join the Conscious Community.

Eagle & Owl’s products are hand drawn, any imperfections are considered the true character of them and that’s our imperfect, perfect.

These products are not intended to diagnose, cure or treat ailments, please seek advice from your medical professional. However, if you are interested in a more holistic approach to health and investigation, we do suggest finding a functional doctor or integrative pediatrician.
